A single place to simplify procedures (to date carried out in different offices) to obtain all the necessary authorisations to organise events in the city during the Expo period and to offer users a single consultation place and administrative support: this is the function of the new Events Help Desk by Expo in città which has just been inaugurated at the local Council of Milan in Via Larga.

"Now all operators, public or private, who intend to organise events on the Milanese territory throughout the Expo period, will have a single spokesperson to refer to, thus avoiding wasting time to follow long and annoying procedures", declared the Commerce, Productive Activities and Tourism Councillor, Franco D'Alfonso.

The Events Help Desk of Expo in Città allows, thus, to centralise in one single place all the administrative duties upon receiving them and to handle the requests for temporary events, thanks to help of a digital centralised management archive. Not only: events planners can request here any kind of useful information to carry out local events, but also to receive a personlised consultation.
