59 Great Events Technical Managers; 296 Area Team Leaders and 298 Great Events Operators. In total, over 650 employments, 300 of which will be young people. These are the figures that are being requested, all in the Events sector, for Expo Milano 2015: selections will be carried out by ManpowerGroup, HR Premium Partner of the Universal Exhibition.
The selections will start after the pubblication, in June, of the first announcements on the dedicated website. The employment of the Technical Managers of Great Events is planned for November 2014, and that of Area Team Leader Great Events Operators by the 15th April 2015. The selected personnel will be the first contact for visitors and participants.
Area Team Leaders will, in fact, be busy insuring that one's competence zone is adequately covered from the point of view of the services offered, realigning and intervening when necessary and offering support to visitors and participants in need.
The Great Events Operators will offer operative support to Team Leaders both within the quarters as well as within the services. Particularly they will act as reference of the participants for one or more Pavillions, Area Service or operations within the Cluster (market management, events management etc), monitoring the standards of the service and offering support in the management of connected operations.
Finally, the Great Events Technical Managers, will offer support in the management of the Command and Control Main Office, monitoring from the Headquarters the trend of the Operations within the exhibition space, intervening to resolve any problems. Each professional will carry out a very structured formation course, designed with ManpowerGroup, so as to develop new competencies and consolidate existing ones.
