The day, full of meetings, begun early in the morning with the visit of the building sit of Expo Milano 2015 and highlighted the Countries that will build a Self-Built Pavillion.

The aim for the day - to which also the General Secretary of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) Vicente Loscertales participated - was to verify the state of advancement of the works, defining the programme of events and its contents that will make up the great schedule offered by Expo Milano 2015 to visitors.

"We will respect timing. There is a lot to be done, but we are used to doing it. We operate and will operate in absolute legality" said the General Director of the Division of Participants of Expo 2015 S.p.A. Stefano Gatti and the General Director of the Construction & DIsmantling Division Marco Rettighieri.

“I would like that each one of you enjoys today's day as an opportunity for dialogue and confrontation, to cancel any doubts, simplify activities and to proceed together to the creation of the best visit experience possible for the 20 million people expected: you Participant Cuntries are the heart of Expo." Thus the Commissioner for the Government for Expo Milano 2015 Giuseppe Sala greeted the delegates. For Sala, the priority for Expo Milano 2015 for the next 9 months is that of finalising the construction of the Pavillions respecting the law and safety and legality protocols signed for, an to focus on an interpretation - even technological - of the theme "Feed the Planet Energy for Life". To date over 20 Countries are present in the building site, who have already started works. Over 1,200 is the workforce employed.
