Piedmont which will present itself for a whole week at Expo in Milan, starting from Friday, is not only known for its taste, but also for its ability for create business. To transmit these two messages, the Region will be the protagonist of the Universal Exhibition with a series of events and initiatives which will run without any interruption from the 19th to the 24th June.
The aim is to use this extraordinary occasion to focalise attention on the social, economic, touristic and cultural peculiarities of its territory. Besides these proposals the exhibition space Piemontexperience is inserted on the Decuman next to Palazzo Italia, which, based on the keynotes of quality, sustainability and innovation, it spreads into a narrative itinerary which reveals industrial traditions, able to engineering, inclination towards research, in the framework of architecture, cultural, environmental and food and wine excellencies which have made Piedmont famous throughout the world.
“Our aim is to open two windows, one on the natural beauties and cultural heritage, and another on the “know-how” said the President of the Region, Sergio Chiamparino. The second week as protagonist of Piedmont at Expo is scheduled from the 9th to the 14th October.
