Great news as far as the turnout is concerned for Expo, even during this very hot summer. Federalbergh, the hotel association of Confcommercio, has released the positive news based on a survey carried out thanks to the technical support of the ACS Marketing Solutions Institute.
From the survey by Federalberghi it appears that from the 1st May to the 31st August almost 9 million Italian adults and children have visited Expo and of these almost 10% declared they are willing to return. From the 1st September to the 31st October there will be almost 7 million, always adults and children, will visit the Pavillions of the event, distributed in: 2.2 million in September and 3.5 million in October (another 1.2 million is still undecided on whether to go or not), although about another 640 thousand "re-visitors" have to be added to the number. A succesful Expo therefore for the entire market, although maybe less felt abroad. Moreover, always as far as the visitors for the last trimester are concerned, over 3 million will visit during the day, whereas almost 3.5 million will stay for at least one night.
Another good news for visitors of Expo Milano, since the 29th August one can enter one hour before, at least from two of the four entrances (those of Roserio and Cascina Merlata), whereas the Triulzia and Fiorenza entrances, those, that is, on the side of the train and metro stations, will continue to open at 10 a.m. This is not the only news however by the Expo organisation: the evening ticket at 5 Euros can be used from 6 p.m. instead of 7 p.m.
