Meeting Moments, the formula developed by NH Hotels, offers a series of services dedicated to events and, in particular, a new tool that allows users to create a web page, at no extra cost, dedicated to a meeting or an event organized, including booking rooms, at one of the countless facilities of the hotel chain which boasts more than 2,500 meeting rooms throughout several of the world’s major cities.  

Thanks to an online platform, available 24 hours a day, the organizer or company in question can update information regarding an event (programme, check-in/check-out dates, type of room, etc.) at any time whatsoever; on the contrary, delegates can consult the details and reserve and pay for their rooms at the special rates agreed upon with the hotel.

In addition to the event tool, Meeting Moments offers other services including  instant response (in less than 4 hours with quotes given within a 24 hour time frame), one-stop shopping with a single point of contact and options for several destinations; high-quality F&B services (Tasting Moments), Wi-Free, i.e. free, in-room, Wi-Fi access plus the availability of broadband services in  meeting rooms, low environmental impact programmes (Eco-meeting) and surveys on customer satisfaction.
