Palazzo Victoria in Verona inaugurates a new suite

Verona’s Palazzo Victoria, the luxury Scaliger hotel built on Roman ruins with skilfully preserved medieval interiors has inaugurated its new Marcellus suite, an architectural gem extending over a surface area of 250 square metres featuring a perfect blend of original architectural elements dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries and uber-refined details of Italian design and cutting-edge technology.

Situated on the first floor of the building, the new Marcellus Suite which is apparently priced at around EUR 4,000 a night, has four intercommunicating rooms and can be divided into other suites, to create any number of different combos. Inside, one of its spaces can either be transformed into a dining room or a meeting room; one of its four bathrooms, decorated either with frescoes or Italian marbles, also features a Hammam.

Situated in the heart of the city of Romeo and Juliet, just moments away from the Arena and Verona’s shopping streets, Palazzo Vittoria skilfully blends age-old Italian art, history and culture: from its Roman ruins, to its classical frescoes right up to elements of  traditional Venetian art. A member of the Salviatino Collection Hotels, it has 71 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and large spaces for meetings and events.
