
Hotel chain Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has created a new website dedicated to meeting planners and events organizers that will allow them to organize meetings and conventions at hotels of the brand throughout the world.
"Our customers have repeatedly expressed a desire to find a way of organizing a stress-free event and we wanted to satisfy them. The new website uses simple, immediate formats featuring improved characteristics and innovative ideas from all over the globe” commented Susan Helstab, executive vice-president marketing for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. "It’s a dynamic site that will be constantly updated to ensure that meetings and events organizers have the necessary tools and information they need at their fingertips to achieve their objective, namely the organization of extraordinary events.”
The new website comprises more than 1,000 pages of content and, in addition to information about unique destinations worldwide with details about spaces, facilities, the possibility of comparing and sharing offers, it also offers exclusive options for group activities, sample itineraries enabling users to airlift their destinations of choice, suggestions for memorable events and social responsibility programmes.
Italy has two hotels owned by the chain, the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze headquartered in the landmark Palazzo della Gherardesca, a Renaissance building set within an age-old park and the Four Seasons Hotel Milano situated in the heart of Milan, in a 15th century convent.
