Everything changes and transforms, even tradition. This happens for example at GinRosa, a historic Milanese club in the very central Piazza San Babila. Famous for breakfasts and cocktails, and just recently become a restaurant with the arrival of Chef Massimo Moroni, the GinRosa today becomes also a space for the organisation of corporate events, meetings and conferences. All this in an exceptional area, justa few steps away from the Duomo and for the Milanese Fashion district.
The GinRosa space has already organised formation courses, created in collaboration with the Congusto Cooking School, and it is now ready to open up to the requests of the corporate world. Particularly the space set-up for events is found in the basement of the building, which also hosts the Restaurant-Winebar. This space has undergone significant restructuring and today can offer two separate areas - that can also be united - separated by a scenographic staircase and a central counter, suitable for welcoming guests and for the presentation of products.
The project, curated by the architect Alessandro Maja, includes the conceptual division of the space into themed areas: wine bar, champagnerie, coffee, spirits, wine cellar. The space has been actually made to be flexible and each area can be joined to form a larger area. The location has an audio-video system and is adaptable to the different needs of use. For the presentation of products, meetings and business dinners, the space can also be joined to the upper part of the place, upon the client's request, and also has a covered dehors.
