Hilton Milan, for Expo guests will be enticed by their palate

A well-known location in the Milanese MICE segment, with many international guest groups, the Hilton Milan aims to be one of the reference hotel facilities for the upcoming Expo. Thus, apart from its many business services, the hotel, just a few steps away from the Central Station has decided to play it on gastronomic specialities. Milanese and Lombard of course so as to bring guests closer to the territory even through the pleasures of the palate.

Paolo Ghirardi, Executive Chef of the Milanese hotel, believes firmly in the evaulation of traditional cuisine, to which he derives ideas for his creations. Rigorously genuine and primary goods at zero kms which make up his kitchen, nowadays all Lombard and Milanese. "I am convinced that the guests of our restaurant Pacific, who are mainly international, will appreciate this new offer. The main dish of the menù is the traditional Milanese risotto with veal marrow or shank", explains Ghirardi. "Of course we couldn't not have fish offers, which go from Sturgeon from the Po up to salmoned trout typical of the sweet Lombard waters." But there is also a "local" version of the pizza created from a base mix with saffron and corn, completed with tomatoes and classical Lombard ingredients such as Gorgonzola cheese, asparagus and flakes of Grana Padano.

Apart from the pleasures at table, there are also the following service: the hotel has 319 rooms and 13 meeting rooms, from 2 to 200 delegates, modern, well-lit and with wi-fi connection.
