Wherever they are, travellers can connect directly with 500 Marriott Hotels all over the world, before, during and after their stay using the new option Mobile Request of the Marriott Mobile application. 

Especially thought for the request of services, the new function has been introduced right now in 46 hotels and from this summer will be available in all the global portfolio of the Marriott Hotels. Mobile Request will be available for 50 million members of Marriott Rewards, the loyalty programme of the company. The members who have made a booking, can communicate directly with their hotel in two ways. The function Anything Else?”, innovative in the sector, offers guests the possibility of holding a conversation in real time via chat with the Marriott Hotels personnel, who can answer and confirm their requests. A drop-down menù is also available which shows all the most popular services requested.

Very useful for businessmen, Mobile Request allows to request services before arriving at the hotel, such as for example car rental upon arrival at the airport. For the guests who have already made their check in and are at a business meeting, Mobile Request provides an immediate access to the hotel, much more immediate than a telephone call or a visit at the deak. With Mobile Request, the members of the Marriott Rewards can ask directly for services from their own mobile devices, starting from 72 hours before their stay. The free application can be downloaded from Apple iTunes Store, Google Play or from the dedicated site.
