The innovative catering proposal offered by UNA Hotel One in Syracuse is called “beself” and enables guests to enjoy a new experience, by deciding when, how and with whom to share food moments during the day, from breakfast to mid-morning snacks; from meals to aperitivi.
Thanks to a coffee station open throughout the day, “beself” enables guests to serve themselves freely and to help themselves to whatever they fancy. Breakfast continues until 12.30 and often beyond and a chef is on-hand to prepare several dishes shown on the menu. Lunch (belunch) runs from 12.30 to 3.00pm, followed by betea&chocolate for a mouthwatering teatime snack. Aperitivo hour starts at 6.30pm with behappy, later becoming bedinner at dinnertime. The room hosting beself features long tables where guests can socialize and get to know one another and stays open at night to allow guests to indulge in a night-time nibble, should the mood so move them.
An unconventional hotel, designed for a multi-sensorial experience, UNA Hotel One has 44 rooms, a restaurant, a sky roof, a wellness centre with a Beauty Clinic and Hammam, a Fitness Club and an outdoor car park. The meeting area consists of four rooms of different sizes with the largest designed to accommodate up to one hundred attendees. On request, guests can also use the theatre room of the Cine Teatro Multisala PLANET, situated just a short distance from the hotel and capable of accommodating an audience of 600 viewers.
