Teknocongress, suppliers of events technology run by Alan Pini, has been chosen to distribute the brand new Engage televoter in Italy scheduled to be launched on international markets in November. The device is manufactured by Voteworks, a division of Infowhyse GmbH which, in addition to its own brands, has also forged an alliance with Italian Friends Interactive, a partner of Teknocongress for software and electronic voting systems.
Designed for large meetings, specifically of a corporate nature, attended by from three thousand to more than seven thousand participants, the new televoter is characterized by the speed with which it is able to reliably transmit large amounts of data. The televoter has a large display and uses green, red and yellow to indicate yes votes, no votes and abstentions, thus allowing voters’ results to be counted in real-time.
Operative since 1982, Teknocongress supplies all types of technology for events ranging from interactive entertainment and training systems to live recordings and TV shoots; from video screenings to simultaneous translation using infrared lights; from videoconferences to multi-screenings; from large modular screens to closed circuit television; from conference systems to access control systems for ECM (Ongoing Education in Medicine); from modular lighting systems to settings and props for conventions.
