Always aware of the culture and traditions of its land, the five star luxury resort in Lecce, a member of the Vestas Hotels & Resorts chain, will inaugurate a new series of gastronomic events at its Le Quattro Spezierie restaurant. The cuisine will feature local ingredients from the area, skilfully prepared by master chef Donato Piscopo.
The series of dinners, organized in collaboration with Campagna Amica di Coldiretti Lecce, an association of local farmers, will include themed menus made with products sourced from companies based in the Salento area. The dishes proposed will be accompanied by wines produced by carefully selected Puglia-based estates who, each time, will present four vintages paired with the specialities on offer. The themed dinners, costing 35 euros per person and scheduled to begin at 9.00pm, will be held on 19 October, 9,16 and 30 November and on 7 December.
Located in the heart of the Baroque part of Lecce, just moments away from piazza di Sant’Oronzo, the Risorgimento Resort di Lecce is an icon of Salento hospitality which aims to promote the best of the city.
